Review: I had my wedding scheduled in July 2013. There was no contact with me 1 month up to the wedding. Partyzon was contracted to provide the service of Flowers / Set Up/ Take Down. Partyzon was also contracted to provide linens for all the tables from Ceremony to Reception. I had met with the business owner [redacted] numberous times (1 Year Up to the Wedding) and was reassured many times that everything was going to be beautiful. Deposit for both flower and linen service was made 8 months in advance. Payment in full was made 1 month prior to the wedding. On*e the check cleared no contact was made until 2 days before the wedding by a separate family member. My now husband met with the family member 2 days before the wedding to see what could be resolved. No solution was resolved leaving me out thousands of dollars. This resulting in having to rehire and pay double for last minute services of both linens and flowers. Can one image the stress level of having to find a new florist and linens 1 week up to a wedding? Its not fair to put a client in that situation. No call, no letter, no contact... At the end of the day I paid for 2 Florist, and 2 Linen Companies. This resulted in me and my husband paying double the amount of our original agreement.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund.Besides money and time I invested with [redacted] I had to scramble and put myself in a financial debt to make sure that I had flowers and linens at my wedding.The stress level was overwhelming to have no contact for over 4 weeks before you wedding. Partyzon took time away from spending time with my family before the wedding.I had to scramble around town 1 week before the wedding taking time off to correct Partyzon mistakes of no communication.No show=Refund
