hello we did some research by pulling all the transactions with the last digits matching *** card and there is only one charge for that amount on *** ***'s credit cardit may have been a hold which drops off after everything has been cleared.thank you

The fees were removed after *** spoke witht he collections department

Please accept my apologies *** for the difficulty you've had contacting us about this issue. May I suggest what I believe would be the best Remedy for the situation: If you can contact me directly at *** and let me know what items you would like

At another "family party" ? *** (the consultant) did give me the item I had ordered and paid for? No apologies? She said she was not longer working for Party Lite? I do not feel I need to get back to Party Lite, myself
