Review: I hired Partyfactor LLC. in good faith since I was referred to them by a fellow coworker. I hired Partyfactor LLC. to provide entertainment services for my son's first birthday party held at [redacted] from 2pm-7pm on 8/31/14. As per our contract, we paid for a Clown/Magician/Balloonist/Face-painter. This service was specifically set and agreed to begin at 3:30pm and end at 5:30pm. However, no one from Partyfactor arrived at our event until 5:40pm and that only occurred after making numerous phone calls to the person in charge, [redacted] The Clown/Magician/Balloonist/Face-painter departed at approximately 6:50pm. We ended up paying to stay longer at our banquet. As per the contract, it clearly states the following: "[redacted]Clown/face-painter 3:30pm-5:30pm[redacted]. I'm absolutely unsatisfied with the services performed by Partyfactor LLC. I requested a partial refund and was denied. However, I was granted a credit for future bookings with Partyfactor. How can I book Partyfactor in the future when Partyfactor did not fulfill their end of the contract? I'm requesting partial monetary refund because of the breach in our contract. The other services provided by Partyfactor (Bouncy House 13x13 All American, Down a Clown and Cotton Candy machine) arrived prior to event start of 2pm.
