I'm sorry for the confusion We completed the roof in the summer of At that time (we believe) there was a year warranty on the roof In the spring of we completed a new roof in order to get your windstorm certificate We don't show any warranty call for leaking - just the windstorm certification The windstorm certificate is sent to the legal homeowner We had no way of knowing you did not get it in Howewver we did provide a brand new roof last year We tried to call you this morning I wish you would have called us for a much quicker resolution Pleae call [redacted] ***

I'm sorry for the confusion.  We completed the roof in the summer of 2007.  At that time (we believe) there was a 5 year warranty on the roof.  In the spring of 2013 we completed a new roof in order to get your windstorm certificate.  We don't show any warranty call for leaking -...

just the windstorm certification.
The windstorm certificate is sent to the legal homeowner.  We had no way of knowing you did not get it in 2007.  Howewver we did provide a brand new roof last year.
