I called to reserve a bounce house, then called Less than an hour later to cancelI was then told that my *** deposit was nonrefundableI was not informed of this nonrefundable deposit prior to cancellation nor did I sign any documents When I spoke with the general manager on the phone I was told that they were not going to refund my deposit

Deposit not returned. I was not told at time of reservation that they do not return deposit if you cancel. I called on [redacted] to reserve some equipment for our school fundraiser for [redacted] I realized I re Ted from the wrong company so I called on April 2nd to cancel. I spoke with [redacted] the ** both times. He told me I could cancel when I called on April 2nd but my deposit would not be returned. I did cancel and was very upset because he never told me deposits were not refundable. It also does not say that on the invoice. This is a school fundraiser and I was act8ng on behalf of the school as the PTAC president. I want my [redacted] deposit returned because I canceled on a few days later and I should have been told about the deposit. Had he told me I would not have booked with them.Desired SettlementI would like my deposit returned in full.Business Response To whom it may concern all of our employees are directed to inform customers that all deposits are non-refundable. I understand the Mrs. [redacted]'s frustration; however this policy is in place because at the time of the deposit all items are taken out of inventory and made unavailable for rent by anyone but the individual who placed the deposit.
