The woman I spoke with about the party who told me she was the manager was very rude and agressiveI simply called to ask when we could decorate and set up to which she rudly replied we would only have ten minutes to do so and that she needed more money if I wanted more timeI was also told that if I did not like that I could cancel but she would be keeping my deposit In my years of life I have never been treated or spoken to so poorly by someone who I am giving business to over a simple question The party invitations being made and sent left me with my hands tied and put a damper on my only childs 1st birthday

In my 29 years of life I have never been treated or spoken to so poorly by someone who I am giving business to over a simple question.
