I ordered feather boas for a bridal shower I was planningWhen I received them, they were much smaller than expected and the feathers were falling offThis company did not refund my purchase even after the item was returned and I was promised a refund check twiceThey basically scammed me out of money by delivering an inferior product and not adhering to their refund policy

I have ordered times from this business and spoken with them on the phone They were incredibly helpful Both orders shipped on the same day I ordered

I have ordered 2 times from this business and spoken with them on the phone. They were incredibly helpful. Both orders shipped on the same day I ordered.

Review: This internet company took and order from me, charged me and never delivered the merchandise. I called to follow up and they said their website went down and the address I gave them was undeliverable. This screams FRAUD! I requested a refund asap and I have not received it.Desired Settlement: 80.50 REfunded
