[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:While [redacted] / [redacted] may have initiated transfer of the vehicle, I left the vehicle in the hands of Toyota of Southern MD and was not notified until days later that it was passed on to another entity Had someone from Toyota simply emailed, called, or initiated contact in any way, I could have inspected the car and talked to the driver if I so choose I was not afforded the opportunity and therefore all I know is that the vehicle was turned over with no tire damage to Toyota of Southern MD.I would still like to see the videos offered over a month ago Regards, [redacted]
The extended warranty Company ( [redacted] ) had Toyota of Southern Maryland do a tear down only so one of their adjuster could do an inspectionIt was determine by them at that time that the Vehicle had to go back to [redacted] for the repairsIt was our understanding that the Lexus dealership had done repairs on the vehicle at an earlier date, so that's why they requested it to go back to the Lexus dealerThe vehicle was out off our care after that pointWe never did anything with the tires of this car, and are sure the tire was not damaged when it left our facilityThe customer picked it up from the Lexus dealership and should have discussed any compensation at that time with themFor these reasons we do not feel it to be our responsibility to pay for this repair.Feel free to contact me in any further discussion to this or any other situations
