Party Bus Sacramento

Review: I made a reservation for a bachelorett party bus that required $99 deposit. I was told the amount of $651 would be my balance due once the bus arrived. The driver of the company then required an addt'l $150 to get on the bus. I was never given any receipt regarding payment made or addtl fees that may accrue. I contacted the Sacramento party bus who told me the balance due was $651.00 however there was a $150 due for a tip for the driver. I felt it was unprofessional to give me a quote of $651.00 and not include a set tip on top of the fee. I then called the next day explaining the situation and I asked for my $99 to be refunded. I was then told the $99 fee was not refundable, again the business never went over any conditions of my $99 not being refundable. I feel the business is unethical and very unprofessional. I think their business is a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund due to their practice should be to inform customers of the non refundable $99 as well as explain the set rate of a tip.
