Party All the Time Rentals

Review: On 5/27/2013 a water slide was delivered at 10:00am to [redacted] from Party All the Time party rentals in Wappingers Falls, New York 12590 at 12:00 I realize the children were trying to come down the slide but couldn't because there was no water to help them come it was dry. I called Party All the Time to let them know something was wrong, after a few minutes the lady on the telephone said the delivery person forgot the black hose. She said he would come back, at 2:30pm the gentleman arrive with the black hose inwhich he just threw it on the slide and made an excuse as to why he wouldn't connect it to the top of slide. At that point the children just wanted to slide so I ask him if we could get a discount for the trouble. He said next time, I said no it should be now. He told me to call his wife so I call back and told the clerk I wanted something off of the price because of the inconvience she said she had to talk to the wife which is the owner. Never called me back so I call 10:00am 5/28/2013 and she said I would not get anything off. Bad business will never rent from them again. The delivery man is old and does not know what he is doing. He can't climb to set up properly and he forgets all the items needed for the product set up.Desired Settlement: I was not asking full refund but a discount like 20% of total cost.
