Review: Company's delivery service called me on 4/28/15 to set up delivery the following day between 3-7pm. The next day there was no delivery and no call to change/cancel the delivery. I called PartStore.com and got the runaround. They could not tell me where the item was, when I would receive, etc. They said that since my credit card had not been charged and item was not yet shipped they could cancel the order. I accepted the cancellation.A few minutes after this call, I rec'd an email stating the item was shipped they couldn't cancel the order. I immediately checked my bank account and the funds had been removed 2 days ago.Now, I am getting another runaround about refunding my money, even though I have made it very clear that I don't want the item, and have ordered somewhere else. They have clearly stated in all communications that they would not charge credit card until item was shipped, but clearly that was not the case.The company is completely incompetent, and has lied so many times that I cannot keep track of all their different stories.Desired Settlement: refund my money immediately!

Review: I have purchased an open box refrigerator from a local Bestbuy store in San Diego.The clerk ordered a replacement door for the dented right side door and I paid with my credit card.The item arrived in a box and I opened the box and looked into the box.When I opened the box again to replace it a little over a year later, I learned it is a wrong side of door they ordered and shipped. I call them up for exchange since it is at their fault. They admitted they never carried the right side of the door.
