Parts geek order #XX-XXXXXXXX, was hung up on TWICE today when trying to request my refund for a damaged part that was refused upon delivery via FedExHave been told 4-days I'll have to wait even though that time frame has been exceededThey had no problem debuting my card at PM on a Saturday (when they're closed) I'm confused why this company would rather lie than just be honestIt's shameful and a shady way to do business these days with so many other companies and businesses who are vying for our hard earned moneyAvoid this company at ALL costs, they are scam artists and thieves!
