Ordered a rebuilt ignition distributor back on August 11 2018 total cost 296.47 but they sent a heat sensor module that cost 27.00. I sent the module back per their instructions but they refuse to credit my credit card the 296.47 for the wrong part sent. Beware of these people. I cannot get a refund to my card after numerous emails ,and its been three months!!! Totally rediculous.

Worst Customer Service! Purchased a power steering reservoir for my vehicle. After waiting nearly one week for delivery, a bracket arrived but no reservoir! Called CS explaining the situation, took pictures of package and what DID arrive I received an automated response saying they'd received the pictures and not to reply to the email. Guy I talked to was rude and obviously unwilling to help! Now nearly two weeks have passed since I placed my order, I receive an email saying I would be credited for the purchase. Way to solve the problem PartsGeek!! I still need the damn reservoir! Why didn't you mns contact me to see what I wanted to see happen?! First and ONLY time I will deal with you! One star is too generous!

I was shocked that the prices was so cheap and the shipping and handling was affordable I received my package eariler than I though and the app was easy to navigate through so from start to finish it was a wonderful experience and I will be back for all my parts needs I was 100% satisfied

Horrible service.orded parts for my truck sent wrong parts there flat wrong part numbers made me send back pay for shipping twice.50$ part 40$ to ship back they do not cover shipping cost and did not want to help in any way to get me right part have to order other place.do not order from them

I ordered and paid by credit card, a *** Cooling System Expansion Tank on October 1, 2018. On October 3, 2018 I was informed by email from PartsGeek that my payment had been "approved" and would be notified shortly of my order being shipped. On October 3, 2018 I received another email from PartsGeek that my order was "Shipped" at 3:22 PM and I was provided with a US Mail Tracking Number. As of October 10, 2018 my order has not arrived. I checked the US Mail Tracking Number, as I had done several times, and learned that the *** has not yet even received my order and that, so far, all that has been done is to create a Shipping Label. I called PartsGeek Customer Service and finally was able to speak with a live (?) person who promptly hung up the phone.
I am very upset and extremely disappointed in PartsGeek with this transaction. This part is urgently needed and this company is not resolving the problem. In the past I have ordered a number of parts from this company and they have always arrived promptly, and in excellent condition. Something has gone very wrong with this situation and no one seems even remotely interesting in correcting the problem or seeing that I receive my order. I am very upset by this.

I have received everything I have ordered quickly and saved a lot of money. It's nice to be able to browse and click not having to run from place to place trying to find what you need and then they have to special order it anyway.

These guys sent me a body part that isn’t even close to being correct. I emailed them because that is the only way you can contact them. I took pictures of the party that clearly did not match the the part in the online catalog. And after a dozen emails they would not send me the correct part. They wanted me to pay 35.00 for shipping it back to them so that they could refund my 12.50 then I could reorder the part? Which would mean sending 12.50 plus another 35.00 for shipping! Their customer service is either very thick or they are trained to steal money. They are at best disreputable. I do not have much respect or use for common thieves.

I have purchased parts from them on several occasions for several vehicles. All the parts were as described. Shipping varies based on the size of the parts but is generally quick. I have had one failure. I purchased two wheel hub assemblies for a 2004 f450 after a couple of months the drivers side hub failed. The customer service was friendly and refunded the cost of the hub and sent a return authorization for the part. I am still using the other hub assembly and it is approx 2 years old

Have always had great service and correct parts From Parts Geek. However, my last order consisted of 2 grommets and a small kickdown switch. All items weighed less than 4 ozs. Parts Geek charged $21.00 for shipping via *** regular mail. I will exhaust every resource possible before I order from Parts Geek again.

Parts are good. Shipping has been my nightmare. I keep trying to have the parts shipped to the U.S. border at my 80 year old aunt’s *** home.
Per shipper request the parts now held at *** warehouse for only five business day. I had to pay for one shipment returned. It just makes it so difficult to get the parts when you are out of the country.
Never was like this before. Other than that all is good. Thus shipments being withheld really stinks.

I ordered a mass air flow sensor for my 2000 *** When it arrived, it was packaged in a flimsy cardboard box and was smashed beyond being able to use. I sent the company an e-mail describing the problem (I tried calling but was informed that the telephone number was for ordering only) with their shipping, and ordered a new part because I was in desperate need of transportation. The second part arrived shipped in a bubble envelope and smashed worse than the first. The refund policies about paying for the returns and ridiculously specific ways they were to be packaged forced me to order elsewhere. Parts Geek has left a terrible impression, which I will be sure to pass on to anyone who will listen!
