I purchased limo transportation with Oscar G He agreed to the wedding package for a discounted price. I have text messages and emails agreeing to a tuxedo driver, champagne, toast and red carpet.The driver arrived to pick up the groom not in a tuxedo when they entered the limo the floor was dirty and tears in the seat. They wanted to listen to music but the radio, speakers and aux cord was not working. When the driver dropped off the groom-mens he was confused he didn't know he had to pick up the bride (myself) and the bridal party the groom directed him to do so, when I got into the limo in my bridal gown my dress was caught in one of the tears in the seat. On my way to my wedding ceremony I was trying to not be affected by the disappointment in the service. After, the ceremony on the way to my reception I emailed sales@partner as per the agreement if I had any dissatisfaction I had to contact the company within 24 hours and the company did not respond. Then again now on my honeymoon I emailed the company about resolving the breach of contract no one ever responded. Then 12/4/17 I emailed asking to speak with management and Oscar told me they cant refund it and it was my choice to use the limo I could have paid a higher price. I would have never paid any money for the service provided to me on 11/24/2017. I asked for a refund and the company has not apologize for any failures on their part.

We had provided wedding limo service for four hours on 11/24/2017 and rates for the very package in New Jersey on average is about $1200. However, we completed the job for just $725 as per *** requested. We go that extra mile to make everything perfect for our all customers in each service delivery because it's how we increase our revenue in long-term. The way it is complained by *** to the respected company Revdex.com must not be true. Because if she saw our limo dirty and unconditioned as she expected, she could simply walk away and choose any other limo company in the world. She had never been obliged under any sort of contract with us but she never canceled. She paid us happily instead and here is the proof of signed receipt and card information at the end of the trip. Another, she has explained that she emailed her dissatisfaction at "sales@partner" and not responded but it's not the correct email address to reach us. Our email address is *** We always love and guarantee to take care of our consumer's concern anytime. In this case, we probably didn't receive her email.We still remember that moment of happiness on that special day. Although we are really disappointed with this sudden complaint and we hugely apologize for what it made this matter serious. We look forward to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am rejecting this response because:I emailed the correct email and we were at our wedding reception I was not going to spend hours arguing with the limo driver. We paid bre grudgingly at the end of our trip. I have pictures of the dirty limo I will attach it’s disappointing this business would promote and accuse me of false accusations. This company has still not resolved this issue.
