A couple months ago I sold a home (as the listing broker) and it wasn't discovered until the actual closing that the underwriter had required a new roof! And this was the day before Memorial Day Weekend! The closing was delayed but not long because this company rearranged their schedules to help two families caught in a terrible situation. Great job and price, and real compassionate service in a desperate emergency.
