as a "support group." We do not provide support groups. We do provide licensed healthcare services delivered by medical professionals, nurses and other professional staff. Any and all information  about individuals we serve Is protected under 45 CFR Parts 160  and 164 (HIPAA Privacy  Rule)  and  42 CFR Part  2 (Confidentiality of Patient-Identifying Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Information).I am unable to provide any information  to the Bureau regarding the complaint number listed above as this information is privileged and confidential. Nor can I confirm or deny that this individual is or ever has been affiliated  with or received services from our company.
