This is in regards to years of being a customer and having such issues is extremely poor customer service
The practices and behavior should change!
I actually have several concerns
Firstly, I had a series of ***s that came as a result of the debit being back datedIf it came and was posted, then I wouldn't had made purchases that would had put me in *** in the first placeChecking the night prior, it was NOT showing in either actual or available balancesThat or I would had sought to apply a credit line to the account, one that would cover all those chargesI did receive assistance from a branch manager and one of the ***s was removed
I sent an email of thanks and stated that the customer services is getting better, as he was very polite in the process
The very next day I had an extreme amount of trouble with the *** that allows you to deposit checks electronicallyAfter many attempts, I had to go to the branch downtown ***When I came in, three persons were behind
