The Returns process on the PartCycle web page is not working and my request cannot be submitted as they require within the first days of shipment I purchased a Buick Skylark 6cyl 3.1L VIN M engine assembly advertised with 75k miles from the PartCycle website for $on 12/6/and it was shipped from their supplier Nissenbaum's Auto Parts on 12/11/Yesterday I attempted to submit my request for a refund through their website following their online instructions and it will not create a refund requestThe engine was not as advertised because it will not fit in my Buick Skylark with a 6cyl 3,1L VIN M engine due to variations in electrical harness locations and manifold connection configurationsI messaged the PartCycle Help Team times and also the supplier once to inform them that I would like to return the engine for a refund as it is within their guaranteed 30-day period from shipment dateI only received what appeared to be an automated reply from PartCycle
