The dealer, Parsons Motors, called me on March 31st very surprised to get this letterHe said he didn't think there were any issues with us.I did receive the items owed to me, TWO MONTHS LATER, but I did eventually get them.One of the items we were told we were getting, we received a lower quality
item insteadBut it was of the same power rating(A Generator)I still don't think *** *** of Parsons Motors thinks there is an issue with the customer service that his dealership gives to his customers.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIPS SUCKS!!!!
