This "chiropractic medical" organization arranged billing over a period of 4 months, billed for two months within two weeks (I quit treatment after two weeks), billed my wife's insurance double for services unprovided (they claim it was the insurer's fault), and treatment resulted in making my condition worse. Many of their "medical practices" such as lidocaine injections in the back have limited to no proven long-term treatment value, but about taking "customers" money/insurers money under the guise of holistic treatment. For the record, I was Executive Director for the [redacted] and [redacted] In my opinion, not only were they medically questionable, but fraudulent in their billing practices. We had gone over many times by phone, and they continue to stand by billing and treatment scam. DO NOT USE THIS CHIROPRACTIC SERVICE. I have also contacted the State Attorney General, American Medical Association, and Cigna Insurance regarding their practice. I am retaining an attorney as they made an already existing condition (sciatica) worse after not having problems with it for over 10 years. They care about the money not the patient and are highly unethical and incompetent people.
