Damaged area rugs We took two oriental area rugs to be cleanedOne has stains and has lost is softness, the other was shaved and now the hand knotting is exposed and coming apart When I pointed these anomalies to the manager he insisted nothing was wrong and that he knew this because he has been doing it for yearsWe brought the rugs home and tried to raise the pile, but the stain won't hide and the knots are becoming more noticeable
