In response to the complaint ( ID ***) submitted by *** *** I am willing to reimburse two payments she gave me for the amount of $265.00, since she was on a payment plan and did not completely pay the $i would like to clarify that the complete installation of the unit has a
year parts and labor, additional years on compressorCustomer wrongly seems to believe that the parts and labor is for years.f would like to add that when we went to initially check the unit, we found that the thermal element on the expansion valve was broken due to cover being removed from unknown personnelThe condenser motor was also replaced.Customers Boyfriend was smoking paraphernalia and cursing in front of my employee and myself, therefore making the work environment very uncomfortable- The customer would also text me at 4:16 am on Thursday December stating that E needed to answer herI don't believe this is an appropriate time for business to be conducted- I can submit screen shot of text if necessary- Customer has also posted this negative and untruthful complain on Social Media (Facebook Group Flea Market), which I haven't responded to and would like it be removed if possible.sincerely,*** *** **Parra Air Conditioning
