Review: Parmaspa provided substandard laser hair removal services. The laser was applied in a patchy pattern, meaning there were large gaps in how the laser was applied and not applied. I have photographs to support my claim. I spoke to Dr. [redacted] about the poor quality, but she only wanted to sell me more services. I went to a different laser hair removal company and the results were substantially better.Desired Settlement: I want ALL $1,000 for the services I paid to be refunded.

Review: I purchased a services package which did not give the advertised result. Due to this, I had to purchase additional services at may last appointment. After consulting with a competitor, I decided not to follow through on the additional services I purchased from Parma Spa and requested a refund on the future appointment. I was told I was not able to have a refund because I was given a discounted rate for the future service. I was not told this ahead of time and this is not reflected anywhere in the company's advertising.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the services I have not yet received in the amount of $133.00
