Background: [redacted] is one of 61 Barrel Club members. Every other barrel club member is fully satisfied and excited to be members of our club. 2 other members have moved away from Minnesota and have found a way to pick up their wine when the are back in Minnesota. We do not ship wine out of Minnesota (We do not have the licenses and tax arrangements). The [redacted]'s barrel is still in our winery helping us make wine and would have been available to the [redacted]'s in two years (5 years after it was purchased) as with every other barrel and barrel club member. The rules of the barrel club state that Barrel Club members pick up their wine at our winery (not shipped). Reguardless of any of these facts, we are refunding their $750.
We wish [redacted] and his wife continued success in their new home and would welcome them back at our winery if they would be back in Minnesota some day.
