We just had our roof replaced by Parlament Roofing and are very pleased with the workmanship! I first called due to their TV advertising and wasn't sure exactly just what would "actually" be part of the deal so to speak. They were everything they advertised and more...the sales people, the roofing team and supervisors, and front office were great. Very courteous and polite. Even my dog liked them!!! Hardly barked at all!😀

I had called Parlament after seeing a commercial on tv. In viewing the ad on tv there was a segment where they showed(I'm guessing) average pricing per month available for financing. Fir a shingle roof it showed $135 a month (or about that price). It didn't state the square footage for that price though. So, with a $500 discount I gave them a call. The appt was for a Saturday around 10am. 10am came around and I never got a call or text or nothing. Monday came and the appt setter called me at 8am to apologize that the finace people or somebody hadn't passed along the paperwork yet. So we scheduled another appt.The salesguy came as he was supposed to and did his estimating from the ground, never got up on the roof.
My issue is that when he arrived at the quote it was some $434 a month and a total of around $18000. I told him I certainly couldn't afford that and he was also supposed to check with his manager to see what they could do with the price on the estimate. So the price I saw on tv was about $300 a month less than the actual price. Granted they might have done a wonderful job but,,,,,,,So I find out today that the Bank they used refused me with a Credit Score of 705. I think they should've stated the pricing range a little more accurately otherwise I would not have bothered calling them and having a "ding" added to my credit report.

So happy with this company!

From the first phone call, working with Parlament Roofing was a very pleasant experience. I called them on Tuesday, their representative met with me on Wednesday, gave me the estimate, I signed the contract, they started work on Tuesday and finished on Thursday. Each member of the crew was polite and professionalsomething one doesn't usually expect from the workmen. They kept me informed, worked efficiently and were thorough when they cleaned up. The office staff were polite, professional and responsive to my questions. I am completely satisfied with my beautiful new roof and would not hesitate to recommend Parlament Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.

I had another roofer [redacted] do my flat roof and taper it away from my main house they did so but the but end was 4 inches high and all the rain water went up my regulad roof and caused the ceilings in 2 bedrooms a hall an kitchen fall in.they tried to fix the eaks but could not and refused to come back anymore.my wife and I observed parliament roof doing 2 jobs in the area and were very pleased at their work.call the company and a rep came to the house ,looked over the roof and told us the roof that was done was not properly done right.paig 8,0000.00 for BAD LEAKY flat roof.parliament took care od everything and within three days were finished with the job.it withsianded the last weeks winf and rain and tropical storm with no leaks,we are so impresses and would recommend this excellent company to anyone.thanks again parliament.[redacted]

Very professional and polite

My experience with Parlament Roofing was a very pleasant one. They were prompt, very quiet and clean. They always left a clean worksite. Before departing they wanted to know if I was satisfied or if there was any thing else that they could do for me. I told them no and that I was very pleased and that I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
