Company has let HVAC break 4 times in less than a year, Water Heater break and leak all over apartment, but raised rent twiceAir conditioner broke 4 times, water heater gave out,no insulation and you hear all other renters all hours, lousy customer service, but very quick to raise rentDesired SettlementWant out of leaseBusiness Response Management's records indicate three service calls for the clients A/C unit. The first A/C call was received on 4/10/2013 at which point service replaced the capacitor and charged the unit. The second A/C call was received on 4/4/2014 at which point the condenser fan was replaced. Finally, the third call was received on 4/14/2014 at which point unit was charged. All three requests were completed within eight hours of client's notification to management. To our knowledge the A/C is unit is currently working as it should. Management replaced the client's water heater in September 2013 due to leak. The leak extended two to three feet around the water heater location (hall and living room area). Management replaced water heater the same day of client's notification.Management received one noise complaint on 2/26/2013 regarding a neighbor. Management addressed the issue with the neighbor. Client has since renewed lease agreement and has not submitted additional complaints. It is unfortunate these events have taken place over the last 14 months and we can sympathize with the client; however we feel all issues were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. At this time we see no reason to release client from the lease agreement. Consumer Response They did not address the fact they have increased rent two times in 12 monthsFinal Business Response Rent increases are based on current market conditions.
