Parkside Crossing

Parkside Crossing has been working with the [redacted]'s regarding this rental issue.
A payment was made online via our resident portal and the funds were not deposited into our account.
We did require the [redacted]'s to bring in documentation that the payment was made on their part and...

researched our account as well.
This was a lenghty process, no payment was found, and after talking to [redacted] they decided to credit the [redacted]'s account and give them a cashier's check to pay their rent.
We accepted the payment and charged no late fees.

Parkside Crossing does not have a 60 day notice that releases you from the contract. The 60 day notice  does not release you from liability for the full term Lease or renewal term. You'll still be liable for the entire Lease term if you move out early. (section 36.1 TAA Lease)
