I had Parks & Sons power wash my cedar home (lots of mildew on north side) and the cedar siding turned out like new (30 year old home) plus no more mildew. I also had them apply oil and it too turned out beautiful. I found them easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They masked the windows and doors prior to oiling, and cleaned up afterwards. They did a fantastic job on my cedar home and shake roof.
