Regarding ID# [redacted] did move into unit [redacted] at Park Ridge Apartments. [redacted] contacted the office stating she had seen a few pests in her apartment home.  [redacted] serviced her unit and found no infestation.  The resident was still concerned with...

potential pest problems.  In the spirit of customer satisfaction, she was offered a transfer, free of charge, to the only vacant home in her floor plan available was unit [redacted] to which she accepted keys. After accepting keys, she began complaining about the lack of upgrades and the distance from the fitness center. Park Ridge was built in the mid-1980s and has never undergone a renovation process.  As common in the [redacted] apartment industry, new items in units such as fans, appliances and flooring are completed on an as needed basis only.  Renovated and new apartment homes in the area cost $200-500 per month higher than [redacted]’s rental amount.  Additionally, Park Ridge is a very small community.  There is not an apartment home that is located more than a 90 second walk to the fitness center, laundry room or pool.On May 8th, without notice, [redacted] mailed in keys to her apartment.  [redacted] was moved out in our system and was charged only fees applicable to her per her lease agreement.Respectfully,[redacted]Property Manager[redacted]Park Ridge Apartments[redacted]
