Good morning ***,As mentioned in my previous message, all refund slips had been received and were submitted for processThe original refunds went out on 10/to the address provided and the remaining will be approved by end of day today
I am rejecting this response because: While I appreciate ParkOps removing parking citation, they said nothing about sending the refunds I'm still waiting for refunds

I had sent doc with batch of refund slips owed to me Also, they put violation ticket on my car when I had legitimate pkg ticket on dashbrd in plain sightThe violation slip is paired w/pkg ticket in same doc

request for the refund receipts, I have not heard from this customer until another email was sent today to the info groupI am still waiting on on the original refund receipts as proof of purchase to submit a refund check to this customerThere was an anonymous Facebook post submitted to our site that did not have any identifying information which I am now assuming is this customerA refund check will be submitted for the receipts that were received todayHowever, we must receive the receipts for the previous transactions in order to submit a refund check as discussed on our phone conversation and email conversationCorrespondence with personal information removed below:Sep 9 ***,Hi. I spoke with you on the phone Thurseve. I have refund tickets to be paid to me. I did not have exact change. Send to: (Address Listed)Also, there's a citation that was put on my car even though my pkg ticket was right there on the dash brd in plain sight. The actual day of ticketing was the 8th but the machine printed 9th. It appears your machine is listing incorrect dates on tickets. I parked there again today & the ticket stub in again on dash, probably w/wrong date listed. Also, in regards to the large printed date, there is an expiration time printed there and most of our lots expire the next day at or AM so that is the reason for the different date
