not handled within the guidelines of our refund processThe refund request was initiated in June but the refund of $was not sent for approval until SeptemberThe refund check was mailed out on 10/5/17, and the check was cashed by the patient on 10/23/We should process all refunds within a day turnaround time, and this refund was delayed outside of that timeframe with no valid explanationDue to this complaint our processes have been reviewed and improved to ensure all patient refunds are processed and sent within daysWe have discussed these issues with all necessary staff to ensure these delays do not happen going forwardWarm regards, *** *** Practice Manager III

Mr*** was contacted in regards to a complaint we had against him in writingWe then responded to his request for a phone call by calling him, and followed up that phone call with an email when the call was disconnectedHe was also given a letter about renewal that several other residents
received at the same timeWe have only responded to the emails that he has sent to us sinceI have notified Mr*** that we do need to be able to communicate with him, and will continue to do so only when it is necessary.
