Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below If the owner knows that they are not going to feel like staying late everyday why do they have business Times etched in their windowThey literally close whenever they feel like it so an easy resolution would be to adjust the display Times to the correct TimesDon't out it up there just to look good and waste everybody else's timeAnd for the vulgar language, the only thing that may have been "vulgar" was the fact the owners wife was a LIAR first saying he wasn't there and I said you'e Lying I was just thereThen she said he was in the bathroom can she help meI think she didn't feel comfortable because another woman was calling for her manHE'S THE OWNER AND THE TIMES NEED TO BE CORRECTED.Regards, [redacted]
This email is a response to a complaint by [redacted] on 1/2/18.We received a phone call from her complaining about the laundromat closing early. Shortly after answering the phone call, she was asked to repeat herself because of a bad phone signal. She then proceeded to use vulgar language...
and then hung up. We asked her to repeat herself only because of a bad signal. Her voice was going in and out throughout her complaint. In order to resolve the complaint we have to first understand exactly what the complaint is and what the customer is saying. There wasn't a need for the vulgar language on the phone, but we understand that not all customers are going to like the way we run our business. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. If the owner knows that they are not going to feel like staying late everyday why do they have false business Times etched in their window. They literally close whenever they feel like it so an easy resolution would be to adjust the display Times to the correct Times. Don't out it up there just to look good and waste everybody else's time. And for the vulgar language, the only thing that may have been "vulgar" was the fact the owners wife was a LIAR first saying he wasn't there and I said you'e Lying I was just there. Then she said he was in the bathroom can she help me. I think she didn't feel comfortable because another woman was calling for her man. HE'S THE OWNER AND THE TIMES NEED TO BE CORRECTED.Regards,
