Parking Spot

I booled and used the self-park. But when I tried to leave I was informed that I was being charged for the valet parking, even though I didn't request it and didn't use it. After I requested that the overpayment difference be applied to my next purchase, I was told no.
I was informed I made the mistake in the booking. I refused to accept that as I have no need or desire nor did I use the valet parking. They refused to return my money. Never again.
