Parking Revenue Recovery Services

I received a letter from this company stating owed them $87 dollars for paying for using their parking lot. However, I had utilized Secure-a-Spot app to pay since their kiosk appeared to be broken. Signage was also confusing and their website was confusing. We trying to reach their site I received the following error.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. THIS ERROR IS SPECIFIC TO THE ** when the domain name system cannot resolve a websites URL into an ** address, IT MAKES the web browser unable to reach it. The NXDOMAIN in the error code implies that the domain is non-existent.

Eventually used a third party app to pay for the parking spot. Reviews from the BBB all ask if this is some kind of scam. The buisness has over 800 complaints on file and a 1 star review. This feels extremely predatory since they appear to charge whatever they want regardless if you paid or not. Their phone number also appears to keep you in waiting for extensive periods of time.

If anyone else is having this issue I recommend reporting it to the BBB and your attorney general.
