I am rejecting this response because:i did NOT visit *** AT ALLI was in a grey and green polo and black shorts in a white *** *** between 12:and 12:55, and there is no video evidence to support I went to *** and the fact that they aren't willing to share this or even respond to my emails for full weeks shows that this business has absolutely no integrityThey're shady disgusting and unprofessional and I will not close this complaint until someone actually does video review and contacts meIt has now been a month of me dealing with this and I will continue to file complaints, I will file a complaint with the court and even contact the news if need be.

Complaintant has talked with our release team at time of release and all information surrounding why the private property she was towed off of was explainedWe are sorry she disagrees with why she was illegally parked on that private propertyIn the future, to avoid these situations, we suggest
that when parking private property that she be aware of all the parking rules or refrain from parking on private property

We have not heard from our client, the private property, concerning this situationIf they would have an issue with us they would have contacted us Thank you

Our research shows that the impound was executed and charged correctlyWe do not make the rules for the Private Properties that we serveAll charges were charged properly in line with Colorado laws and guidelines

Again, please contact your HOA or the Security Company that patrols your property as they are the ones that requested the impound.Thank you

This person is not our customer as we work for the private property the vehicle was parked on and we only enforce the parking rules that the property has given us

I am rejecting this response because:My main complaint relates to the corrupt handling of the situation by their lot attendant the day that we picked up the carI am not contesting the ticket or initial tow, I am contesting the fact that their employee blatantly lied to me about my car not starting (when I knew it was fine) and would not give me access to the vehicle while on their lot, and then after being denied access we watched two other people who picked up their cars walk on their lot and drive their vehicles off their lotBecause of the game of lies played by their employee I was forced to call a tow company (other than theirs), wait for nearly two hours for a tow truck, have the tow truck go on their lot because I was denied admittance, have the car towed to a repair shop where when the car was unloaded I was able to start the car times in a row with no problem or hesitation coming from the carBecause of the Hispanic female employee's lies I was forced to pay a tow bill of $to *** *** *** for a service that was totally unnecessaryParking Authority LLC should have to reimburse me for this charge

response because: I have a witness that was there with me at the time of the incident and I also have the stream of emails that they did not respond to They also claimed they took pictures of my car and where I was parked so I could see why I was towed I also took pictures and asked to see theirs since mine show no indication of not being allowed to park where I was, but they have yet to provide these pictures after multiple inquiries for them Their employee, ***, told me the email she provided would show these to me and provide an explanation

We have discussed this issue with our staff and we do not agree with the complainant's information.
