We purchased a new furnace and a/c unit. They left my basement a mess. A pile of dirt was found in the corner of my basement and the floor (which was newly painted with a durable concrete paint) was stained and messed up to the point it will need to be refinished. I had a utility mat in the basement which was taken out by the installer and thrown in my garage behind my garbage bin. If that were left in place it may have saved the floor from having to be repainted. I would much rather have to replace a $20 mat than have to empty my basement, spend at least $100 and days to repaint. The installer also dumped my liquid laundry detergent (honest mistake) but he did not bother to clean up the mess that was under my dryer and washing machine. He also left dirty hand prints around the thermostat on my newly painted walls. I also found dirt and debris inside my washing machine. I called the company to let them know the state of things once the install was complete. Nothing was done.

Deceptive business practices. Charges 119.00 for a services call to install a thermo coupler on hot water heater. Once installed you find out there is not only a charge for the part (under $15.00 at [redacted]) but an inflated charge for the part and labor to put it in (1/2 hour work) $157.36. Also feel they are taking advantage of a long standing customer who are senior citizens (over 70 years old).

I had a very positive experience with Parkeys. The install of my [redacted] furnace and A/C was prompt and efficient. I found the installers to be very courteous and considerate. They took great care to clean up and explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend them.
