I cannot say enough positive things about Parker's to give a clear idea of how pleased I am with this companyAfter two weeks of fooling around with a competitor--in home visits, missed appointments, gross misdiagnosis--it took Parker's less than hours between ***, the marketing rep's visit to the arrival of a competitively priced unit by 10:am the next morningAll the gentlemen involved--***, one of two who took out the 10-year old [redacted] lemon; ***, one of two who installed my new 3-ton [redacted] ; and ***, who came later to service the upstairs unit--all were gracious, courteous, professional, and kindI was toasty again less than two hours laterI recommend this company without reservation; they have earned my trust (not an easy feat)
