I had a terrible experience with this company. The general manager *** told me that he was going to*** with his family and he did not want to waste time doing an estimate. He came out to my fire destroyed home and was dismissive and rude.
This is not what happen I meet with Ms *** to review the estimate written by her insurance company , she said her only concerns was the floor framing that was written, she said she had a engineer report, I asked for a copy of it, she said she had not gotten it back yet. I explained that we used the same estimating program as her adjuster and I would review and get back with her
she had already given copy of estimate to me! She said ok and said good bye and showed me the door.
She was aware I was not going to be in town next before I even went out there, that why we made the appointment for this morning.
