We appreciate all feedback from our customersParker Window Screens strives to give quality service to all our customersThe technician that did the homeowners door was a newer employee and this job was one of his first door re screening jobs
The same time period there was a online answering service we started using due to seasonal business demandsUnfortunately, the online service was not doing a satisfactory job with phone calls and the contract with the online service was replaced with a full time secretaryThe technician has since moved to Utah to pursue other business opportunitiesWe are unable to confirm or deny what mesh was used or if the door was properly installed due to homeowner repairing it with another companyThe homeowner will receive a full refundWe are regretful that customer had a less than satisfactory experience

Parker Window and Screens called me and apologizedThey reiterated what they had said in their response to Revdex.com, and that they had solved those two issues...answering service not working up to their standards and an EX employee that was also not up to their standards
They promptly issued me a refund check
I am very thankful for your and their prompt attention to this issue and I am completely satisfied with the resolution
