Review: I leased a brand new car on August 4, 2014. I had multiple complaints from the finance representative not being able to explain why the price on the window did not match the leasing price, to the service department forgetting that I was coming in to get my windows tinted, not returning my gate opener to me, they charged the wrong tax on my lease agreement and I almost had trouble registering my car, they tried to file the title paperwork incorrectly, they had difficulty getting my lease account set up correctly, and they did not communicate with me regarding their account errors using clarity. On November 17, 2014, I sent them a certified letter regarding all of my complaints and requested a reply. Over 90 days later, I still have not received any kind of reply.Desired Settlement: I think this business has a responsibility to pay either a billing adjustment on my vehicle lease account in the amount of $1,000.00 or a check for $1,000.00.

$35.00 Replacement of gate opener
$15.00 Postage to send certified letter
$326.41 setting up my lease account incorrectly then reversing a payment without clearly communicating this information
$500.00 Customer Service Issues (not being able to explain the lease financing, not remembering my window-tint appointment, completing my contract with the incorrect tax, trying to file my title incorrectly)

Parker Subaru has in fact completed all work and additions promised or implied to this customer. We are aware of the (Book Keeping) title work error, and apologize for any inconvenience this may
have caused. We have had contact with the customer several times after the sale. I would be happy to reimburse the customer the expense of postage $15 and gate opener $35.
