When going and starting mr [redacted] job , I was told he did not and would not have all the money to pay for materials up front , the verbal agreement was to install wood for screening in a porch area 19'x15'...he was also wanting to have his tile grout lines restored,restainedUpon starting the job it was desco reed that the post supporting the porch were 2" out of plumb , I brought this too mr [redacted] attention,and was told to fix it , I told mr [redacted] I could save him some money by cutting the post lifting the roof and placing new support post , which I paid for and compleated , then before starting I brought my pressure washer to job too clean porch area before building my screened in areaMr [redacted] then wanted the whole house pressure washed I paid my help out my pocket to do this Then while installing the wood for screen area , mr [redacted] then wants me too install pcs wood at bottom of the area where his dogs can not push through screen , then he had to have them routed on all four sides of the postat this point I explained to mr [redacted] that the building of the porch area screening it in, leveling roof plumbing the support for roof was a $job ,,, mr [redacted] told me he could not pay that I still came back a couple hours a day to finish the job mr [redacted] knew when he hired me I work with a helper and do all install myself I also explained that I would be doing the pressure washing free And as far as routing the wood, free, but in order for me too start it took a day of work too get his roof and post support upI am sure that mr [redacted] thinks he can work me for hours doing the things he wants done and not pay me a fair price for my labor I completely finished his job , too which I get a call from him telling me, he purchased another gallon paint wanting me to come and put another coat on whole porchIt was at this time I noticed that paint was spilt on wood in a puddle and a mess left not by me ...I had over spray from wind , which will clean with water , mr [redacted] owes my company $In labor, and materials on the job completed so far

I am rejecting this response because:Mr *** is not honest The original agreed on has not been completed and will not be by him*** has been fired and is no longer welcome on my propertyHe himself explained to me that he is having trouble on miltiple jobsI will share my experience with those I know.

The complaint has literally taken me off guard, I was told what a good job I was doing, until the client was told that because of all his demands and he had went way over on materials , and wY over on labor this is strictly a job where mr *** feels he does not have
to pay for my services,but I should finish job ,,,,I have gone hours over the founds on labor, and spent $479,more than allotted on materials ,,, *** ***,,,,

I am rejecting this response because:The response is unbelievable! We are now 18 weeks into this project. Mr [redacted] has not kept a planned time to work as of yet.
