Our tub was custom made for us when we built our house in It was well made and we have been very happy with itFast forward years and some really bad renters, and the tub needs a little TLCI tried contacting Parker via email, phone and in personEmail never returned, Several voice mails not returnedFinally got a hold of someone and was told someone would call me back to discuss details.....never received a callStopped by the place of business and left my name, was told someone would call me....never happenedThe building looks like it is abandoned and the only hint they are still even in business is an active voice mail message and a facebook pageEither they are not really in business anymore, have more work than they can handle, or are not interested in doing refurbish workEither way, the lack of contact was just bad business
