Responding to complaine from consumer *** *** In regards to missing sweaters in her relocation from Presque Isle, Maine to Auburn, Maine on December 2nd I had spoke to the driver, and he had said there was nothing left on the
truck. As for the letter received from *** ***, on December 12th, 2017 I apologize for not getting back to her I thought I would wait for a week or so to see if she somehow found the sweaters in one of the bags Apparently she did not.Again, I apologize to ***, and we will be cutting a check in the amount of $303.88 for replacement of the missing items. It will be mailed out to her in the next few days
