January 31, RE: ID# Dear ***, I am writing this letter in response to the complaint letter I received from you. From the information you provided it looks like this product was purchased from an E-commerce dealer online. Our standard procedure for all e-commerce
and brick and mortar stores is to always refer the consumer to the retailer they purchased the product from since we would not have any purchase information on the product the consumer bought. Our E-commerce agreement with all online vendors states that they must stand behind the warranty and provide service and or parts and replacement if necessary. From the statement the customer has made it seems clear that the problems they have can be repaired by a qualified tech Parker House sells products to nearly 1,vendors and we strive to sell high quality products and provide excellent customer service to our vendors. Unfortunately, we have to depend on our vendors to deal with all consumer issues since they have all the relevant information to the claim and the resources necessary to handle the issues. Parker House will stand behind the warranty and provide all necessary parts that a qualified tech deems necessary to repair the sofa It is unfortunate that the retailer is not standing behind the warranty as they shouldIn an effort to help the consumer, Parker House will contact the vendor to inquire about this particular claim to try to help them find a resolution Best regards, Parker House Management
I am rejecting this response because:I have had no luck with either business to repair or replace the sofa neither side will recline to close completelyThis is a warranty issue and should not be any charge to me the consumerApperently this is a defective part/partsI should not have to take all my time to get this fixed or replacedAt this time I am totally frustrated and would simply like them to take the entire set back with a total refundI believe both are responsible and they keep pointing fingers at each other but know one takes the responsiblity to do anything to satisify the consumer.I am totally within my right that this is warranty and both are responsibleAt this time give me 100% of money back and pick up the furniture I have had it with these companies who dont honor their warranty or think of keeping the customers happy and satisfiedThis issue has been going on now for months and not repaired or replacedSo my solutions is now is to refund my money 100% and pick up the furniture.I am done playing this merry go round gameSomeone needs to look out for the consumer.regards***
