was referred to Mayall Hurley for evaluation as a potential client and we declined to undertake representation of him. As a matter of policy, Mayall Hurley does not represent individuals or entities without a signed legal services agreement. Mr*** was never offered, nor did he ever sign a legal services agreement with our law firm. Unless Mr*** is willing to sign a waiver, I cannot provide any more information than the foregoing at this time.
