Review: We purchased a custom made garage door (approximately 7k). It worked for a year or so and then it failed to open. The company sent someone out and they ordered new parts. When they returned (after many, many phone calls to them by us) what they installed did not work. We (the customers) decided to call [redacted] ourselfs and complain about their dealers and how they service the products.

[redacted] contact Parker door and a new part was sent to them over 1.5 months ago. Parker door has yet to call up to set up a date. I called this morning for the 4th time, and all I get is a recording.Desired Settlement: To get my garage door to open.
