Review: Waited over a year and still waiting for parts I ordered. Check was cashed within two weeks of him receiving it though... Will not respond to emails and will not refund money.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back
Review: firearm delivered in Oct 2007 firearm was was sent back for warranty repairs in 2008 and has still not been returned firearm paid for in full
I have send numerous emails requesting return of this firearm the serial number is MXXXXX PE Grade over and under shotgun I am happy to provide you with copies of all emails. The cost of this firearm in 2007 was $24,XXX-XX australian dollars which was paid in full before delivery . I have since paid another $1XXX-XX australian dollars in 2012 for new stock. I feel I have been more than patient in this matter and would like to have this matter resolved. I have included a copy of recent emails:-

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company, but the issue has not been resolved. Comments follow below:
[redacted] advised he would ship firearm on 3rd of may 2013 and provide confirmation of shipping number I have not received confirmation. [redacted] has told me on number of occasions that he will be shipping firearm but he never dose. I would really like this matter settled I am happy to receive the firearm but if it is not shipped would like all monies returned

We have been advised that the firearm has been received by our agent on Tuesday so once the firearm has been shipped to us in Australia and we confirm that all repair work has bee carried out I will advise you and then withdraw my complaint
