Review: We have used this company twice before over a 25 year period and were satisfied in the past. This time we are extremely dissatisfied. We had them recover a couch, a great chair and ottoman, two living room occasional chairs, and the six chairs for our dining room table. There was a problem with the two occasional chairs that they said was due to the fabric. They never told us about the problem and we were not happy but we simply accepted the chairs and resolved not to use the company again. We would not have filed a complaint over that issue. However, we found problems with some of the dining room chairs that had nothing to do with the fabric and they agreed to come to our home and repair the problems. After they did not show up as scheduled we called them and were told that they had changed their mind and would not fix the problems.Desired Settlement: They should come to our house and fix the dining room chairs as agreed. The chairs should be restored to the condition for which we have already paid.
