BBB, this is in response to Case # 12696374. Our Customer [redacted] purchased a mattress set on February 8th 2018, Her complaint of firmness is not a warranty issue (no mattress manufacturer will warranty loss of firmness). She is also complaining of sagging which can be warrantied, an... inch and one half is considered replacement point. There is a mattress on order for her to exchange as long as her mattress meets the replacement criteria for their warranty (I have attached a scan of both sides of their warranty card.) We will facilitate the exchange as long as it meets the manufacturers criteria. Thank You, [redacted] *** - Manager.
