Review: I valet parked my vehicle in this business's parking lot. Upon return from my trip (2/22), my vehicle was returned damaged. I spoke to a worker named [redacted] and asked for the owner ([redacted]) to call me which he did not. I tried to call again on 2/24/14, but [redacted] did not respond. It should be noted that I filed a police report (#14-3276) before leaving the parking lot.Desired Settlement: I want my vehicle to be fixed.

[redacted] paid his bill and left. Then he came back and decide to claim damage which is was on his car before he check in.
Review: PARK2GO website provides misleading information. Discounted prices are only via reservations.
Filling and Submitting internet reservation forms Never result in a confirmation email from PARK2GO (Not in ‘Inbox’ and Not in ‘Spam’ folders.
However, when I returned back to pick up my car; I was asked to produce a copy of an email that I'm supposed to have received.
Here are the facts:
1. Feb. 19th, I used your online form to make a reservation (self indoor) for the period of Feb. 20th - Feb. 24th at a price of $9.99 per day. (your website states that a reservation is required and that I'll get confirmation via email.
2. Up till today, there is no email (in either my inbox or spam folders) from you.
3. Today (Feb 27th); I tested your system by making a reservation online. No email from you.
4. [redacted] indicated that Park2go does send confirmation emails all the time and that without submitting copy of an email coming to you; I would have to be charged the higher price. [redacted] also advised that a complaint would result in me hearing what he mentioned in item #4.
You may be having a gliche in your computer system (by the way, your office had no computers on premises); however, the fact that
your website request reservation then promises an email that is never received can be misleading.
Please credit back my credit card for the difference.

Customer using AOL as internet provider, AOL blocking a lot of business emails.
Customer was credit a difference.
